The Undersigned official and legal representative of the Company, hereby acknowledges that the Company wishes to be a full and active member of the Asosiasi Perusahaan Pengiklan Indonesia (APPINA, Indonesian Advertisers’ Association) and commits to:

1. Pay in full the annual membership fees (APPINA to come back with information of fee upon receiving this registration form)
2. Assign the above mentioned personnel to officially represent the Company in the Association and allow them to actively participate in all relevant Association activities and make decisions in the Association on behalf of the Company
3. Support the Association in all its activities, decisions, and objectives.
4. Disagreed with by the Company in writing to the Association. If agreed within the Association by majority vote (unless specifically and explicitly )
